Davie Safeway
Davie Safeway is a re-development of an existing Safeway site in downtown Vancouver to include 21 and 23-storey residential towers, a new Safeway store, and three commercial retail units.
While working at LMDG, Mark was the project coordinator. He consulted on the building code, prepared alternative solutions, and coordinated the CP building permit application, CP site reviews, and occupancy.

First Baptist Church - The Butterfly
The First Baptist Church redevelopment in Vancouver, BC, includes a 59-storey residential tower; 8-storey rental tower; a podium with assembly, office, and daycare spaces; and renovation and seismic upgrade of the heritage church.
